I said that when I lost 30 lbs I would reward myself with my all time favorite treat: a brownie sundae from Baskin Robbins! Well, today was our final weigh in day for our Biggest Loser contest at work and I won! I have lost 31.4 lbs in 10 weeks! Today was a good day as well as a reward to myself day! You are looking at my dinner, which probably has as many calories in it as I usually eat in two days! It tasted so good, but I could not stomach eating the entire thing (something I could do before without even batting an eyelash) and put half of it in the freezer for later, but to be honest, as good as it was, I will probably just throw the rest away!

Heaven in a Cup
I said that when I lost 30 lbs I would reward myself with my all time favorite treat: a brownie sundae from Baskin Robbins! Well, today was our final weigh in day for our Biggest Loser contest at work and I won! I have lost 31.4 lbs in 10 weeks! Today was a good day as well as a reward to myself day!
