Kyan and Lola play so very well together! Today was no exception! From the moment they woke up this morning, they started gathering ALL of their animals and babies and brought them into our bedroom, where they created a boat! Kyan called me in to the room and yelled, "we're on a boat!" with such excitement in his voice! I ran to get the camera!Later that afternoon, after gymnastics and lunch, they went right back up to the boat they created on the floor and played some more! They begged to take a nap together! It was so cute! Kyan had to keep telling Lola to be quiet!

Are Kyan & Lola exactly 3 years apart? We are thinking we will wait another year. Our only worry is the age difference but Kyan & Lola seem to do great with the 3 year difference.

hmmphhh.... maybe i shoulda spaced mine out by three years? if mine are close enough to touch then 98% of the time they are hitting each other ;-( they do not get along at all!
Alisha - Yes, they are almost exactly 3 years apart and a few weeks! I LOVE their age difference and we sorta planned for them to be 3 years! I would recommend it to anyone!

3 years is the magic number. We have 4 years difference, not by choice, but one year too many....they are in opposite directions. I highly recommend 3 years!!

Is that Lola's bed, away from her bed? I still LOVE that comforter more.
Lola's hair looks like it is getting longer, and I see more red.
Maybe I am going to have to jump on this 3 year mark band wagon. Your kids do play very well together (as long as Kyan does everything Lola says-HA). I think we would have the opposite because Jayla is the boss around this joint.

Ashlee - let me tell yo they hardly ever fight! That really is the truth. There are times when LOLA is doing a little bossing or when she wants something Kyan has or vice versa...but it is mostly Lola. I usually get mad at Kyan for it, poor guy. But, they play so good like this! I am very lucky!
HOLY COW- with ALL those items in their boat, I am surprised it didn't SINK??! haaa
They are precious together- and I love when they fall asleep next to each other.
