Last night the kids and I made a special treat: homemade ice cream using Kevin and Amanda's easy recipe without a machine! Kyan chose the S'mores recipe, featured over at eighteen25, Lola chose cookies 'n' cream (found out how to do this one by reading the comments section on K&A's original ice cream recipe post, and for me, chocolate chip (I guessed the recipe?)!
This morning for breakfast, we ate some (don't judge me, everyone was itching to try it), the six hour wait for it to set up was over! Kyan's looked the coolest and tasted the most delicious, think it was the added butter, so creamy! Think it is homemade ice cream from here on out!

YUMMMMERS! That is perfect in my book- in fact, since Camden has had ZERO appetite, she had a waffle & a homemade oreo milkshake for dinner last night!
