Yes.
I am that mother that takes a picture of her kid on the potty chair.
Today was a big day at the Roseland house! Lola went potty on her potty chair for the first time! Not bad for a 21 month old! There was a reason for placing her on their, so here goes...
Yesterday, I woke her up in the morning and got her ready for Rennie's. We have our routine in the morning, as I am sure we all do, and changing her diaper is the first thing we do. Most of the time it is wet, so, I change it and go on about our getting ready. Well, back to yesterday. I changed her like usual and not 2 minutes after we get downstairs, Lola tells me, "I poop!" I thought to myself, you have got to be kidding me, I just changed you and we are ready to go and you pooped! She didn't poop, just peed, but it got me thinking that she must pee right away in the morning (kinda like most people do) so I will try tomorrow to see if I can catch it. So when I woke her up this morning, I sat her happy little butt on the chair and waited. I looked away at something Kyan was doing and sure enough I hear her potty chair start to sing ('cause I was hoping that would be motivation)?! No way, she pushed the button? Or did she pee? She got up off her chair and what do I see before my eyes? Yep, you guessed it, PEE! We (Kyan, Lola, and myself) celebrated and were so proud of our little lady!
I know not to count my chickens before they hatch, and I might have just got really lucky, but it is a start! Not bad for the first time putting her on the chair! Here is to more time going potty on the potty chair!

Yayyy for Lola!!
So, tonight I asked Camden, "You wanna' go potty" & immediately, she RAN for the bathroom & even started pulling her pants down herself. So, she sat & sat on the potty for a few minutes as I read her Potty book, but nothing came out.
So she got off, walked just outside the bathroom door & PEED right on the floor! I couldn't help but laugh.
OMW that is awesome!! I am sooo jealous! I can't get Jake to go on the potty AT ALL, and he'll be three in January! :( Big congrats to you, this is a huge milestone! Yay, Lola! :)
YAY for the big girl LO!! Wahoooo! Can I just remind you though, that our girls are not 21 months yet- JEEZ! It is already hard enough on me that they are almost 2, but we still have 2 weeks until they are 21 months missy ;)
Lola looks so adorable and happy on her little potty chair. Her chair is MUCH cooler than Jay's. Although I already told you that Jayla is much more interested in the big potty then her chair.
Yay Lola!
(:
